I recently tried Mary Kay products based on Ruby's recommendation.  Now peepz, I'm not one of those girls who would take care of her skin or uses cosmetics.  Thus, it takes quite a coax to try the products. 

For the first time in my life, I realise that I actually have a combination dry skin instead of normal skin that I've always thought I had.  I tried the satin hand and combination of botanical set F1 and F2.  The products are amazing! I totally love it! I could feel the difference on my skin.  I could feel that my skin is softer and more supple.  Of all the products that I tried, the mask is the best! I apply the mask on one side of my face and the result is really amazing.  It really firm my skin without making it feel "tight" and was pushed up.  It is very obvious when I smiled.  I thought it was like "botox" effect although I have never tried botox!  The best of all, Mary Kay products are made from plants/fruits extract and non hazardous.

Well peeps... try to say it.... It's fun! as much as my eyes were rolling when I typed it especially when my keyboard refuses to switch to portuguese!

A good friend is indeed not easy to come by.  In our journey in life, we meet people from different walks of life.  Some become our acquantances, some become friends of different degree of closeness and one, only one whom you'll want to spend the rest of your life with regardless of his or her shortcomings. 

Nevertheless, no matter how bad or how good they've treated you, they, somehow, resides some where in the corners of your heart or mind.  Good or bad, they will always be remembered as someone whom has touched your life and they've left a mark in your life.  Somehow, they taught you to be a better person and you'll move on with life.  Somehow, you'll love or hate them... cherished the moments that you have with them... yes - in both good and bad times... You'll learnt not to stray away from the side walks, be on your guard at all times and sometimes find it difficult to trust someone or worst you'll forget what and how it's like to love and be loved.

When you are at worst, when you thought no one cares.... came along a kind soul whom you might have forgotten and help you to see through your tough times and you'll realise....

I've registered both myself and Kri for the Mizuno Mount Faber Run.  Event is on Sunday, 22 April and starts at 7.30am from Henderson Community Club.  It would be fun as this would be Kri's first run.  Yes, I've finally managed to coax him to join me :-D I told him it is only 10km and he can walk all the way.  Besides, it is only S10 and the goodie bag, include an exclusive Mzuno Limited Edition Event T worth S$39.90 plus a  chance to win attractive lucky draw prize!  He beamed, 'well... I run for the T-shirt!'
